1. "I will take it if it’s cheap"

An year before I was approached by a client with a problem, yes, it was a financial worries that he was facing. He made an investment in a property because it was going cheap.

I interfered in the talk and asked him how did he know it was going cheap? He said that the same property, which he invested, was quoted to him at a price of 35 percent more, now that he got it at less price he thought he will take it. But now its value is further depreciating.

He said me don’t you think I have done the right thing despite that I have had to face this financial worry? I said how would I know that? All you have specified is the price.

"Yes!" he squealed. " I thought I COULD afford it."

"Only cheap people buy on price," I replied. "Just because something is cheap doesn't mean it's worth the cost."

I then explained to him one of my most basic money principles: I buy value. I will pay more for value. If I don't like the price, I simply pass. Value rather than price has made me rich.

This thought process is a deep reflection of our very own karmic expression. However hard one may try to they still will not be able to get over this thought process of taking and making an investment not on the basis of value because of the karmic expression that they are woven in.
